Our
Team

I'm Annalise DuSell, a sports Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I found my passion for physical therapy and strength training while dealing with childhood ankle sprains and later when taking preventative measures as a competitive softball pitcher. My career began in 2009 after graduating from “The U” (The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida).

Since 2009, I have constantly sought to learn new techniques while fine-tuning the skills I already have. I’m trained in Active Release Technique (ART) and Graston. I've also taken multiple Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) courses, and have earned my CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I enjoy treating shoulders and OH athletes of any kind, which led me to obtain my Baseball Overhead Athlete Certification from the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). I also love treating CrossFit athletes and enjoy doing CF myself. This includes my passion for teaching people lifting mechanics and helping increase their confidence in lifting weights.

My numerous professional certifications and personal areas of focus combine to offer my clients a wide range of custom-tailored treatment options that are grounded in real science.

Physical
Therapy

All of our treatments offer physical therapy as well as strength and conditioning. Your specific needs will help us determine which form of treatment will be the most beneficial to you.

Physical therapy and strength and conditioning will overlap a lot based on your goals. In this program, we focus on enhancing specific movements that you aim to refine. First we analyze movement patterns, timing, and assess your overall strength and mobility. We then devise a unique training regimen to boost quality of movement and overall strength.

Our custom-tailored treatment plans ensure that we are able to dynamically switch between strength and conditioning and physical therapy without the hassle of waiting to schedule another appointment.

Our
Mission

At E3 Physio, our mission is to help people throughout the Pacific Northwest rediscover their strengths by empowering them on their personal journey of transformation. We believe in fostering a supportive community as we collectively evolve toward the next version of ourselves.

Our Approach to Payment : Why We're Insurance Free!

There are several good reasons why E3 Physio made the decision to opt out of taking insurance.

- It grants us the autonomy to provide treatment that’s tailored to individual needs and free from the constraints imposed by insurance companies.

- It liberates us to go beyond conventional boundaries by instead focusing on holistic healing rather than sticking to meeting insurance protocols.

- Cutting ties from the insurance industry means we’re free to prioritize quality over quantity in patient care. The days of being pressured to see more clients in less time are over.

All of these factors mean that both providers and patients will benefit. Our personal, focused approach to treatment can accelerate return to function as well as improved symptom management.
